We walk the yard with you, check levels, drainage and access, take measurements and rough out a sketch on the spot.

Fixed-price design pack
A drawn plan, a plant list and one price, in writing, within five days. Options if there are any. You say yes or no.

Build
One crew, start to finish. Most yards take one to three weeks. We tell you the finish date up front and hit it.

Walk-through and care sheet
We walk it with you, then leave a care sheet for every plant, the watering schedule and how to reach us if anything sulks.

Questions
Things people ask before they call.
Often not. In NSW a wall under 600mm high, set back from the boundary and not holding up a structure is usually exempt development. Higher walls, walls near a boundary or anything on a slope may need a certificate and an engineer. We check your block against the Northern Beaches rules before we quote, and we handle the paperwork if it's needed.
Autumn and spring are ideal on the Northern Beaches, the soil is warm and the sun is kinder. That said, we lay turf year round. Summer just means more watering in the first fortnight, and winter means it takes a few extra weeks to knit.
New turf: every day for the first two weeks, then every second day for two more, then back off. New plants: a deep soak twice a week through the first summer, weekly after that. It's all on the care sheet you get at handover, and if we've fitted irrigation the timer does it for you.
Light foot traffic after about three weeks, once you can't lift a corner of the turf. Kids, dogs and furniture after six to eight weeks. First mow when it reaches about 60mm, on a high setting.
Pavers cost a bit more up front but a single cracked or stained one can be lifted and swapped. A slab is cheaper and quicker but cracks are permanent and it holds heat. Near the coast we usually steer people to pavers on a compacted base with proper drainage underneath, and we'll show you both prices.
Yes, all of it. Old turf, soil, broken pavers, timber and green waste leave in our tipper and it's included in the fixed price. Green waste goes to a composting facility where we can. You get a clean yard, not a skip on the nature strip.
